Returns Policy

Customer shall have forty eight (48) hours from receipt of product at the Customer’s designated shipping location, to inspect and notify Direct Wholesale Inc. (DW) of any shortages, discrepancies, or issues. Unless otherwise indicated on the invoice, DW accepts returns of new and refurbished product in accordance with our Return Policy as outlined below.

DW shall not be liable to Customer for any loss, damage or expense of any kind or nature of any loss of business or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused. Customer acknowledges that dissatisfaction with the equipment will not relieve Customer of any obligation under this agreement. This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of handsets by the purchaser. Direct Wholesale (DW) shall not be liable for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, defects or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative, or structural items. Except for DW’s direct costs in repairing, correcting or replacing any non-conforming or defective handset, DW shall not be liable for any other expense connected with the repair, correction or replacement of any handset or for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages.

This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of handsets by the purchaser. Direct Wholesale (DW) shall not be liable for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, defects or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative, or structural items. Direct Wholesale has the discretion of accepting returns from the purchaser. If Direct Wholesale accepts the return, then the return policy must be followed in order for Direct Wholesale to recognize the return.

  • Completed RA Forms must be emailed to returns@dwholesale.com for issuance of RA number and approval of return.
  • Handsets must be returned within 15 days of issuance of RA number.
  • RA form must be completed and included with all returned shipments.
  • The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • All Phones must be in original packaging including all items that were originally sold with it, including but not limited to: charger, battery, SIM card, instructions.
  • The equipment must have a mechanical failure that can be duplicated by DW.
  • Customer will bear all freight charges for any refused shipments.
  • Any situations found not to be consistent with the information provided on the RA request will serve as sufficient reason to reject the entire RA.
  • For each unit that has been accepted as a valid, DW, at its discretion will either ship replacement unit or credit Customer’s account.

Returns for Unsold Inventory:

  • The product must be sealed packaging, original condition, with all components that have been shipped with at the original time of sale.
  • The equipment must be less than 15-days old from original invoice date.
  • Authorization of return must be given in advance before return can be shipped back to Direct Wholesale, postage prepaid by Customer.
  • Credit will be posted to Customer’s account and will be applied to any outstanding balance due as Direct Wholesale sees fit.

Page Plus Phone Warranty Policy

The warranty on a Refurbished Page Plus Cellular Branded Handset is 120 days from the date of purchase from Direct Wholesale.

Direct Wholesale warrants to the original purchaser that the refurbished handsets will conform in all material respects to the manufacturer’s specifications, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Direct Wholesale limits implied warranties relating to Refurbished Handsets, including but not limited to the merchantability of the product and its fitness for any particular purpose or use, in duration to one-hundred and twenty (120) days or for such longer period of time as is specified by Direct Wholesale in writing with respect to any particular product from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. UNLESS THE LAW FORBIDS IT IN ANY PARTICULAR CASE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THESE WARRANTIES AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW.

LIMITED WARRANTY REMEDIES FOR REFURBISHED HANDSETS

In the event any Page Plus Cellular Branded Handset fails to comply with this warranty, you may return the Page Plus Cellular Branded Handset to Direct Wholesale within the Warranty Period, freight prepaid at your expense.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for the non-conformance of any Page Plus Cellular Branded Handset with the Handset specifications or for defects in materials or workmanship in the handset within the Warranty Period shall be, at Direct Wholesale’s election.

  • Direct Wholesale’s repair or correction of the non-conformance or defect,
  • Direct Wholesale’s furnishing you, without charge, with a replacement for the non-conforming or defective Page Plus Cellular Branded Handset, or
  • Direct Wholesale’s reimbursement to you in the form of credit for the purchase price of the non-conforming or defective handset.

This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of handsets by the purchaser. Direct Wholesale shall not be liable for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, defects or damages resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or defects in appearance, cosmetic, decorative, or structural items.

Except for Direct Wholesale’s direct costs in repairing, correcting or replacing any non-conforming or defective handset, Direct Wholesale shall not be liable for any other expense connected with the repair, correction or replacement of any handset or for any special, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages.

AT&T offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the end-user.

TracFone Prepaid Wireless Warranty Policy

TracFone offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the end-user.

Net10 Unlimited Warranty Policy

NET10 offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the end-user.

H2O Wireless Warranty Policy

The warranty on a H2O Wireless Branded Handset is 90 days from the date of purchase from Direct Wholesale (DW). DW will only accept returns on defective merchandise only. If the merchandise is deemed defective by DW, then DW will repair, replace, or issue credit on the purchaser’s account.

Airvoice Wireless Warranty Policy

The warranty on a Refurbished Airvoice Wireless Handset is 60 days from the date of purchase from Direct Wholesale (DW).

Direct Wholesale (DW) warrants to the original purchaser that the refurbished handsets will conform in all material respects to the manufacturer’s specifications, and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. DW limits implied warranties relating to Refurbished Handsets, including but not limited to the merchantability of the product and its fitness for any particular purpose or use, in duration to ninety (90) days or for such longer period of time as is specified by DW in writing with respect to any particular product from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

  • DW’s furnishing you, without charge, with a replacement for the non-conforming or defective Airvoice Wireless Handset, or
  • DW’s reimbursement to you in the form of credit for the purchase price of the non-conforming or defective handset.
