Motorola and Red Pocket Mobile today announced the release of the first handsets sold by a U.S. wireless service provider with Chinese-language menus. The MOTORAZR V3 and the entry-level Motorola C139 both now offer users Chinese language options when purchased through new wireless operator Red Pocket Mobile.
Red Pocket Mobile focuses exclusively on customers who live in the U.S. In addition to providing Chinese-language Motorola handsets, Red Pocket Mobile's customer service representatives speak Mandarin and Cantonese dialects of Chinese along with English. Red Pocket also offers an eyebrow-raising calling plan: a phone call to China, Singapore or Taiwan costs exactly the same as a call within the U.S.
